Our story
Milligan Realty opened its doors in 2003 with a simple idea: one local office should be able to handle a client's entire real estate life — the first apartment, the first house, the investment property and everything that follows.
Two decades later we still work that way. Our agents sell homes across Norwalk, New Canaan, Westport, Fairfield, Stamford and Wilton, while our management team leases and maintains a growing portfolio of residential buildings — most of them within a few miles of our Wall Street office.
Being boutique is the point. Clients reach the person handling their file, not a call center.
